1. Services
All In One (AI1) LLC provides moving, landscaping, hauling, gutter maintenance, pressure washing, and related home services in the San Francisco Bay Area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided through our website are preliminary and subject to change based on on-site assessment. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Liability & Insurance
AI1 LLC carries $2 million in general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We take reasonable care to protect your property. Pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, and unmarked hazards are not the responsibility of AI1 LLC.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, ACH, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the property, remove fragile or valuable items from work areas, disclose known hazards, and secure pets before service begins.
